We believe that true innovation must be grounded in values and guided by impact. As we bring our circular material technologies into the world, we work with large industrial players because they are powerful levers for real change and impact. This Code of Collaboration sets out the principles, boundaries and intentions that shape how we engage with our partners – especially corporations. It reflects our commitment to transparency, fairness, ecological integrity and shared responsibility.
We are open to collaboration – but not at any cost.
We seek progress – but not greenwashing.
We build bridges – without compromising our purpose.
What follows is a clear framework for how we work with others, so that together, we can create real impact.

Impact before image
We only collaborate with partners when the cooperation can create real ecological impact –measurable CO₂ reduction, resource efficiency or circular integration. You should share the same values we stand for. We reject greenwashing.

Transparency & Fainess
We are transparent about our role in any project – and expect the same from our partners. Our collaboration is built on mutual respect, clear communication and contractual clarity.

Fair value creation
We aim for fair value distribution in every collaboration. We do not accept extractive partnerships – we co-create, we don’t get outsourced.

No exclusive exploitation
Our technology must not be strategically blocked or frozen. Exclusive rights are granted only in return for fair, sustainable value – such as true scaling, co-development or licensing partnerships.

Protecting our knowledge
We share our know-how gradually and only after signing an NDA. Our IP is not negotiable – it is the foundation of our impact model.

Cooperation ≠ Complicity
We work with companies even if they are not perfect – as long as they are genuinely committed to transformation and allow us to actively shape that process. We see ourselves as an enabler of real change – not as a tool for image-improvement.
